Community Service

Community service is an integral part of the curriculum at Chongqing BI Academy with a requirement of no less than 20 hours. Students are expected to document their service with logs, photos, and reflections/evaluations. The purpose of the program extends far beyond fulfilling hour requirements; it aims to foster students’ social responsibility, empathy, and civic awareness, while developing essential life skills such as collaboration, communication, leadership, and problem-solving. Service initiatives include on-campus (teaching assistance, activity support, school media) and off-campus (environmental protection, elderly care, special education, voluntary tutoring, cultural activities, and animal protection and welfare initiatives). Through practice and reflection, students grow into responsible citizens who combine a global outlook with a deep sense of local responsibility.
